Emily started her career in Hairdressing in 2009 working as an apprentice for a salon on Collins Street in Melbourne CBD. She quickly grew her skills with the passion and drive she had for the industry becoming an all rounder hairdresser. Alongside with her now mentor she had many opportunities for some incredible experiences including; A
Emily started her career in Hairdressing in 2009 working as an apprentice for a salon on Collins Street in Melbourne CBD. She quickly grew her skills with the passion and drive she had for the industry becoming an all rounder hairdresser. Alongside with her now mentor she had many opportunities for some incredible experiences including; Appearing on FTV for the Roberto Cavalli Fashion show where she got to style and prep the models for the runway. She became apart of the making for E-clips Hair Extensions and got the chance to travel to Sydney for Hair Expo and demonstrate on Stage with her mentor in 2012, 2013 and 2014. She also had the honour of working her magic on the gorgeous Hayley Roberts. In 2014 Emily took a chance to move her career to a more suburban salon in Essendon, where she could start building a more sustained clientele. She worked in this salon for 3.5 years, whilst in between being apart of multiple photoshoots, at the request of the photographers. In October 2017 she took the biggest leap of her career and bought the salon she was working at in Essendon which is now the buzzing salon EmilyFerratoHair. In 2 years we have seen her grow the salon from 2 staff to 3 with hopes to grow even more and take on more incredibly talented staff with the same passion and drive. She prides EFH with only the best quality service with a team that is educated with ongoing training and knowledge, 100% client satisfaction and the ultimate #efhexperience. In 2019 Emily became apart of the GHD Style Squad where she again had the opportunity to travel to Sydney and work in Melbourne alongside some of the industries leading best. Although Emily is an all rounder hairdresser and loves all aspects of hairdressing and will continue to be in all aspects of hair, her main speciality is Styling, Bridal and Extensions.

Jenavieve has been hairdressing since 2014 and her love and passion shines through her ability to create amazing hair. Her personality and presence in the salon is one you wont forget as her bubbly, outgoing and friendly vibes makes you feel like you have known her for a lifetime. She is an all rounder hairdresser with a love and passion for balayage, styling and mens cutting.

Ayla has been hairdressing since 2015. She loves to do foil work and hair-up/styling. Her work speaks for itself as her perfectionism shines through. Although Ayla is one of our newest team members she has jumped into the team with a positive vibe and it feels as though she has been apart of our family for years. Maddy has been with the team since 2019 on work placement. She commenced her apprenticeship on February 2021. She has quickly become a main asset to EFH and quickly learning the skills to become an amazing Hairdresser. She is already styling and applying tints and generally being an amazing help around the salon. Maddy is excited and eage
